Testicular torsion

Before we started ttc i had never heard of this before. What it means is that the spermatic cord twists upon itself cutting off the blood supply to either one or both testicals. My husband experience this as an infant (when it is most common) and it did effect our chances of conceiving naturally. If you and your partner are going through the same thing, please know that you are not alone. Research as much as you can through search engines, ask questions on websites, and when you visit your fertility specialist or OB/GYN, ask as many questions as possible. Your partner may need to be seen by a urologist.
