1. Respect for others:
All postings, topics, and replies should be 100% supportive and courteous to everyone. Please refrain from posting cruel or disrespectful topics or replies. Please keep from using any profain language or any language that babydreamsonline.com, at its sole discretion, considers to be untrue, abusive, vulgar, cruel, harrassing, obscene, threatening, insulting, racist, discriminatory, invasion of a person's privacy, confrontational, or otherwise unacceptable. 2. Discrimination:
Babydreamersonline.com owner/administrator, moderators, and its affiliates will not discriminate based on age, ethnicity, nationality, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, etc. Members are asked to refrain from any type of discrimination. It will not be tolerated on any section of babydreamsonline.com. Any person/persons violating this rule will be banned from babydreamsonline.com and will not have access to the forum, classified ads, or any other of the website’s contents.

3. Classified ads:
The classified ads are to be used to advertise egg donors, sperm donors, surrogates, surrogacy agencies or matching agencies, intended parents, adoption agencies, couples wishing to adopt, mothers wanting to find a couple to adopt their child/children, couples seeking to adopt embryos, couples wanting to find the right person to adopt their remaining embryos, ivf clinics, lawyers specializing in fertility related topics, contracts, surrogacy, etc., only! Any other advertisements must be approved by the owner/administrator before posting. 

There is to be no ads regarding sell, buy, or trade of drugs, fertility or ttc products, services, or any other products or services not related to ttc, including anything illegal in the united states or any foreign country. 

Any ads posted that violate any of these rules will be immediately removed, at our discretion. Repeated offenders will have their ip address or addresses banned and will no longer has access to the forum, classifieds, or any of the contents on babydreamsonline.com. 

Babydreamsonline.com is in no way liable or responsible for any information published in the classified ad section including ads posted or replies to any of the ads listed in the ad section. Any personal information that you do not want to give out or wanting for other people to see, should be left out of your ad. Babydreamsonline.com is not responsible for the use of your personal information given in an ad or in a reply. Babydreamsonline.com, its owner/administrator, moderators, & any of its affiliates are not responsible for anything that may come or any actions that may be taken in ramifications of posting any ad. More specifically we are not responsible for any person choosing an egg donor, sperm donor, surrogate, intended parent, so on and so forth nor are we responsible for anything that happens due to any person choosing such other person. You are solely responsible for your actions and consequences for placing such ad or replying to such ad and choosing that person to “use” to try to conceive.

4. Posting of copyrighted material:
We ask you to please refrain from posting material that you are not authorized to reproduce or that is invasive to others’ rights and privacy. This includes any and all copyrighted articles, websites, other material, private messages and content of private emails and letters as well as personal information of others (email addresses, home addresses, phone numbers, etc).

5. Promotion of websites, products, services, etc.:
The sell, buy or trading of drugs, tests, products, services, etc., fertility related or not, is strictly prohibited. Posting for sole purpose of advertising or creating traffic to your website or other websites, is also prohibited, unless you have permission by the owner/administrator. Posting in the classified section of babydreamsonline.com is acceptable as long as  the advertisement is not a competitor of babydreamsonline.com., such as another  ttc forum, and you abide by the rules set forth for the classified ads section.

Members of babydreamsonline.com are asked to refrain from engaging in any kind of commercial activity where the buy, sell, or  trading of goods or services may take place in the community forum. Guests, visitors, and members are asked not to target the community members for research of any groups, for any purpose.

6. Links:
Babydreamsonline.com assumes no responsibility for the content on any pages of another website. Posting links to other ttc sites is acceptable, only if the link is not to another ttc forum.  Babydreamsonline.com also assumes no responsibility for information on another site, fertility or ttc related or not, that was reached by the posting of any link. Any link violating the stipulations of this rule will promptly be removed at our discretion.

7. Spamming or attempts  to collect  personal information or email  addresses of adminstrators, members, and its affiliates:
Spamming by definition is multiple posts, messages, or private messages for products, services, websites, etc to people who would not otherwise choose to receive it. Most spam is commercial advertising. Spamming of any kind will not be tolerated on babydreamsonline.com. 

Also, attempts to collect personal information from members, is strictly prohibited. “silent spamming” which is to include a link, image, text, etc., in your siggy or anywhere in your posts, topics, replies, to promote a website, company, products, or services, is strictly prohibited. Babydreamsonline.com. In no way assumes responsibility for any unwanted contact or any further issues arrising from such contact. Anyone caught spamming will be banned from babydreamsonline.com forum and contents, at our discretion.

8. Impersonation or false representation:
Members are not to impersonate any entity, including but not limited to babydreamsonline.com owner/administrator, moderators, or its affiliates. That includes falsely stating or otherwise falsely representing your affiliation with a person or entity.

9. Account sharing, using other’s accounts with or without their permission:
You are responsible for keeping your password and username private. Sharing your account, username, password, with others is strictly prohibitted. Babydreamsonline.com assumes no responsibility for the use of your account used by any person or persons with or without your permission.

Giving your account information including username and password to people who have been banned from  babydreamsonline.com in order for such person or persons to access babydreamsonline.com forum, classifieds, contents, etc is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. Obtaining such personal account information from someone will also not be tolerated.

10. Languages other than english:
We do not have the resources or the means to support translations of our services, posts, classified ads, or any other information found on babydreamsonline.com to any language other than english. To allow fair treatment in case of abuse, all posts, replies, private messages, classified ads, and all other information found on babydreamsonline.com must be in the english language.

11. Multiple or secondary accounts:
Members may only have one account. Any person or persons having more than one account will have their multiple or second accounts closed, without warning or prior notice, at our discretion. Multiple offenders will be punished accordingly. The punishment may or may not be banning of user name, ip address, and email address. The punishment is left solely up to the administrator/ owner or an appointed moderator.  

12. Discussion of policy and rules decisions:
Babydreamsonline.com is open to ideas, comments, and feedback from our members, and will consider it all constructive criticism. We ask that policy decisions including but not limited to, community management is not to be debated openly on the forums. If you have any questions, comments, or complaints concerning the forum management, please send your feedback to either the owner/administrator or one of our moderators.

We also ask that you not post or otherwise submit invitations to babydreamsonline.com owner/administrator, moderators, its affilates, or members to join other forum or messaging systems for this or other purposes.

13. Removal of any posts, topics, or other information:
We reserve the right to romove any material that is not supportive, and is instead offensive, rude, cruel, slanderess, containing vulgarity, nudity, and etc. Babydreamsonline.com aims to keep the forum and its contents supportive and loving.

14. Member disputes:
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other babydreamsonline.com members, administrator, moderates, and its affiliates. Babydreamsonline.com aims to keep the forum and its contents a peaceful, supportive and loving website, and reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor disputes between you and other members. Disputes can be avoided by posting with awareness and respect for differing opinions, and using supportive, non-confrontational, non-judgemental tone.

15. Enforement:
Failure to comply with the rules set forth for babydreamsonline.com may result in the deletion of your content, termination of community access with or without warning, at our sole discretion. If you attempt to circumvent a ban, we may take further action. If you post on behalf of a banned member, you may also be banned with or without notice or warning.

If your community access has been terminated with or without notice you may email us for an explaination, but we are not obligated to respond (people typically know why they are banned). We do not publicly discuss the details that led to the termination of anyone’s access to the community forum for privacy reasons. We ask our members to please respect this policy as well.
